Tom Baker's 6 Week Women's Program has been designed, tested and produced to help you look and feel amazing in 6 weeks.
In this program you will receive a timetable, which will be your 'bible' for the next 6 weeks - it's called the 'Formula to a new You'. It will tell you when and what to do everyday, but also has a 'coping method' to take into consideration mums, busy lifestyles, kids sports, university etc.
The 'coping method' explains that while you may not get each workout done on the same day or times as suggested, you can make time elsewhere to complete it.
This program will shock your body and get you to your goal QUICKLY, however this program for diet, training is flexible enough to be sustainable and maintainable beyond the 6 weeks, depending on your particular personal goals.
